TWICE AS NICE: WINE TASTING...Portugal


לפני כחודש כשהיינו יחד בפורטוגל ,פנדו ,הזמינו אותנו לסיור בכרם לטעימות יין וארוחת ערב ...כמובן שלא יכולנו לסרב :-) שהגענו לכרם פשוט נדהמו מיופיו של המקום! באמת מקום קסום ומיוחד... שטחים שלמים מכוסים בצמחייה מרהיבה ,פרחים,בריכות דגים..אחד העובדים מקום עשה לנו סיור מודרך וסיפר לנו את כל ההיסטוריה של הכרם ובאיזו שיטות מיוצר היין ואיפה.. ואז הגיע החלק לו חיכינו... טעימות היין! נתנו לנו לטעום 2 סוגים של יין לבן ו 2 סוגים של יין אדום. ההסבר והמקום היו כאלה מרשימים שציפינו ליפול מהרגליים לטעם היין. אך זו הייתה אכזבה... היין היה בחלקו חריף , אחר היה מר מידיי השלישי מתוק מידי, אבל לפחות נהנינו מנוף מרהיב לצהריי היום וארוחת ערב במסעדה טובה בסופו של יום אז זה היה שווה את זה ותמיד מומלץ About a month ago when we were together in Portugal,Pendo,...we have been invited for tour in a vineyard , wine tasting and a dinner...of course we could not refuse. When we arrived we amazed by the beauty of the place. Truly a magical and special. One of the employees of the place made us a guided tour and told us the history of the vineyard and the methods the wine produced and where. Then came the part we waited... Wine tasting!! They gave us a taste of two types of white wine and two types of red wine. The explanation and the place were such impressive that we expected to a super wine... But it was a disappointment...the wine was part sharp or was bitter or too Sweet. But at least we enjoyed the breathtaking views at noon and a good dinner so it was worth it
